The International Lille Tattoo Convention, the art of tattooing in Lille Grand Palais

On February 16, 17 and 18, 2024, the International Lille Tattoo Convention is settling in Lille Grand Palais to introduce you to the art of tattooing in all its forms.

From the traditional so-called “old-fashioned” tattoo to the avant-garde and current styles, all tattoo styles are represented. The opportunity to let the greatest tattoo specialists sublimate your skin.

Throwback to the 2023 edition

For 2023, the International Lille Tattoo convention brought together 20,000 visitors and more than 400 national and international artists. For its 8th edition, visitors discovered the theme of mysticism and white magic through a cabinet of curiosities bringing together creators and activities throughout the weekend. A warm and family atmosphere was felt during the event.

How to get a tattoo during the convention?

Two options are available to you to get a tattoo by an essential artist of the current tattoo scene. Contact the tattoo artists directly OR go for a “Flash” tattoo on the spot. With or without an appointment, the International Lille Tattoo convention is the event not to be missed on February 16, 17 and 18, 2024 at Lille Grand Palais.

This year, the International Lille Tattoo Convention has even more new things in store for you!
From February 25th to 27th, Lille Grand Palais will host a selection of tattoo artists from the Chicano culture. They will pay tribute to the emblematic motifs of this style: black & grey, made of religious iconography, ultra-worked lettering, portraits of clown women called bandidas, or cholas like the poster of the 7th edition of the International Lille Tattoo Convention.
For the 7th edition, urban culture will be honored with a corner dedicated to sneakers, graffiti artists and DJs who will take over the show during the weekend.

After 8 years of success, the International Lille Tattoo convention has become one of the biggest tattoo conventions in France and it is also partly thanks to you! Our passion and our desire to make you discover all the diversity of the Tattoo culture is what motivates the organizing team to offer you a unique and improved experience each year.

We carefully select the best tattoo artists, unique exhibitors and quality animations with an international reputation. Together, we are building one of the conventions highlighting the most famous tattoo culture in Europe.

Alternative cultures and especially urban cultures have always been linked to the Tattoo environment. The alchemy of subcultures reveals a unique dynamic whose influences guide and inspire ILTC! Street culture, skate/BMX culture, Hip Hop, graffiti, breakdance have come to complete and enrich the precursors of rock n’roll, ride culture or kustom culture.

Evolving with the times and adapting to new ways of life, to new popular currents is an essential element for the success of the International Lille Tattoo Convention.
